Deep Tissue: Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Seated Chair Massage: Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.
Headache Relief: A technique used to help alleviate symptoms associated with stress, tension, and migraine headaches. A release of pressure and trigger points in the head and neck.
Swedish Massage: Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Facial and sinus drainage cupping session: Vacuum therapy on the face is remarkable for relieving sinus congestion and for draining stagnant fluids to ease puffiness, while eyebrows often actually lift back up to the brow line! The muscles of the face benefit greatly from reduced tension and tightness, easing expression lines and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders. Lines, wrinkles and scar tissue will soften, and rosaceous or congested skin can quickly clear.
Facial Cupping added to a 60-minute service for a total of 70 minutes: 60-minute Massage service (Swedish or Deep Tissue) With the Facial Cupping and Sinus Drainage. Facial cupping is accumulative and should be done every three to four days, for one month for best results. May be purchased separately, ask for more details.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $25 for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
