DIY Scalp Massage
Scalp massage is something you can do anywhere, anytime, to relax and feel refreshed. Just follow the instructions below:
- Place the heel of your palms under your hair on either side of your head near your temples.
- Push the scalp up toward the ceiling, hold a few seconds, and release.
- Work in sections across your entire scalp.
There… now don’t you feel better already!

Blackberry Sage Water
Handful of blackberries, muddled
1 sprig sage, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher of water.
Refrigerate until chilled – about 1 hour.
