DIY Shoulder Massage

Do you have shoulder pain? Here is a technique to help relieve the tension.

  1. Stand up against a wall with your legs spread apart, and hold your arms up on either side of you in a 90-degree angle.
  2. Slowly raise your arms up and down.
  3. Do this at least 15 times.
  4. This movement will loosen you up and may alleviate upper body tension.
